    2. Support:

    Successful leadership goes beyond just setting clear expectations for team members; it also involves supporting them on their journey toward shared goals. This may include providing resources, coaching and mentorship, feedback, constructive criticism, rewards and recognition, and being a sounding board for team concerns or issues. Leaders need to ensure not only that set goals are achieved but also that the process is one of growth for all involved.

    3. Collaborate:

    Coming from the Latin words “co” meaning “together” and “laborate” meaning “to work” – successful leadership is about working with others in creating meaningful solutions to pressing problems or ideas for achieving greater heights of excellence as a business or organization. Collaboration can look different depending on the needed context; it might involve leading cross-functional team meetings or working with outside professionals to find creative new approaches – but what remains constant is the belief that by working together everyone can succeed more effectively than by going it alone.
